How you can return your item

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Start the process by emailing us with your order number at snglandsn@gmail.com. We'll send you all the how-to’s - just don’t send anything back without checking in first as we won’t be able to accept it.

We stand behind every item and your order should arrive in perfect condition

If something slips through and the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective, email us immediately at snglandsn@gmail.com. We’ll take care of it.

Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. The way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have in the normal way (see above), and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.
If it is, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
