Cancellation policy

Sometimes we offer items as pre-orders — this just means you’re buying something early, before it’s officially available.

When you place a pre-order, you’re reserving your spot at the front of the queue and paying upfront, so you’ll be among the very first to receive it once it becomes available.

If you change your mind, that’s okay. You can cancel your pre-order at any time before it’s been fulfilled. Once it’s been fulfilled, it can’t be cancelled — but you can still return it. For the full details, check out our If it’s not a match Returns Policy.
